- Coordinate and manage all aspects of video production projects, from pre-production to post-production.
- Work closely with the creative team and other departments to ensure the vision for each project is executed effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee all logistics related to video production, including scheduling shoots, booking locations, arranging equipment, and coordinating with talent.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Maintain project budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked and within budget.
- Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between the production team and other departments, providing regular updates and facilitating communication.
- Manage all aspects of post-production, including editing, color correction, and sound mixing.
- Ensure all necessary permits and releases are obtained for each project.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in video production technology.
- Train and supervise production assistants and other team members.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Bachelor's Degree In Film Production, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Video Production, Preferably In A Coordinating Or Project Management Role.
Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Software And Equipment, Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Dslr Cameras.
Excellent Organizational And Multitasking Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Team Members And External Vendors.
