
Video Production Coordinator

- Oversee and manage the entire video production process, from pre-production to final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, directors, editors, and other production staff, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate and schedule necessary resources, such as equipment, talent, and locations.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated funds.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the development of video concepts and scripts.
- Ensure all necessary permits and releases are obtained for production shoots.
- Oversee post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and color correction.
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all aspects of production.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that may arise during production.
- Maintain accurate and organized production documentation and files.
- Attend and participate in meetings and presentations related to production projects.
- Uphold company values and standards, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Film, Media Production, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Video Production Coordination Or Related Field.
Proficient In Video Editing Software, Such As Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Or Avid.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Multitask, Prioritize, And Meet Tight Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Team Members, Clients, And Vendors.
