  1. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts and ideas.
  2. Oversee the planning and scheduling of video shoots, ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
  3. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations for the video project.
  4. Manage the budget for video production, including negotiating contracts and rates with vendors.
  5. Source and coordinate talent, locations, props, and other necessary elements for video shoots.
  6. Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  7. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video production.
  8. Work closely with the video editing team to ensure a smooth post-production process.
  9. Review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, and other pre-production materials.
  10. Manage all logistics for on-location shoots, including travel arrangements and equipment rentals.
  11. Ensure all necessary permits and releases are obtained for filming.
  12. Monitor and report on production progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  13. Maintain a high level of quality control for all video content produced.
  14. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all production-related documents.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline production processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Bachelor's Degree In Film, Media Production, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Video Production, Preferably In A Corporate Or Broadcast Setting

  • Proficiency In Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Or Final Cut Pro

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
