- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
- Oversee the hiring and management of on-set crew, including videographers, editors, and production assistants.
- Ensure all necessary equipment, locations, and talent are secured for each project.
- Monitor and track project expenses, staying within budget and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Conduct post-production reviews to ensure quality and consistency of final video content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the video production process.
- Maintain a library of all video assets, including raw footage, final edits, and associated documents.
- Troubleshoot any production issues and provide creative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Foster a positive and efficient work environment by promoting collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company branding and messaging guidelines.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline video production processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Film, Video Production, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Video Production, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.
Proficiency In Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro And Final Cut Pro.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Team Members And Communicate Effectively With Clients.
