- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and technical departments, to develop and execute video concepts.
- Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Source and manage external vendors and contractors, such as videographers, editors, and motion graphics artists, to support project needs.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video production processes.
- Oversee the organization and management of video assets, including footage, raw files, and final deliverables.
- Assist in script development, storyboarding, and shot list creation for video projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate production shoots, including scheduling talent, securing locations, and managing equipment and props.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all videos meet brand and technical standards.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain and update project documentation and records for future reference.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the video production team.
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree In Film, Video Production, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Video Production Coordination Or Project Management.
Proficiency In Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro And Final Cut Pro.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Video Production, Including Equipment And Budget Management.
