- Coordinate and manage all aspects of video production projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Oversee the logistics of production, including booking equipment, securing locations, and coordinating crew and talent schedules.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, release forms, and shot lists.
- Coordinate post-production processes, including reviewing footage, providing feedback, and managing revisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of video productions.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process and find solutions to ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging creativity and teamwork among team members.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company guidelines, standards, and brand identity.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating rates and contracts when necessary.
- Assist with the hiring and training of production assistants and interns.
- Adhere to project budgets and find cost-effective solutions when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during production shoots.
Bachelor's Degree In Film, Television Production, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Video Production, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proficiency With Video Editing Software, Such As Adobe Premiere Pro Or Final Cut Pro.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
