As a Video Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of video production projects for our company.   1. Plan and coordinate all aspects of video production projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful execution of video production projects.
  3. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for video production.
  5. Work closely with creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
  6. Oversee the pre-production process, including script development, casting, location scouting, and equipment rentals.
  7. Coordinate and attend video shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment and personnel are present and ready.
  8. Manage post-production process, including reviewing and selecting footage, overseeing editing and sound design, and finalizing projects for distribution.
  9. Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives.
  10. Maintain organized records and files for all video production projects.
  11. Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within the video production department.
  13. Stay informed of emerging technologies and techniques in video production and make recommendations for their implementation.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure video content aligns with company branding and messaging.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Film, Media Production, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Video Production, Preferably In A Coordinating Role.

  • Proficiency In Industry Standard Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro And Avid Media Composer.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Broadcast Regulations And Technical Specifications For Video Production And Distribution.
