- Coordinate all aspects of video production process including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Work closely with creative team to develop and execute video ideas and concepts.
- Manage production timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of video content.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand video needs and requirements.
- Source and manage external vendors and resources as needed.
- Oversee casting and scheduling of talent for video shoots.
- Coordinate logistics for video shoots, including location scouting, equipment rental, and travel arrangements.
- Communicate and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Conduct quality control checks on all video content to ensure it meets company standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve video production processes.
- Assist in the development of video production policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, including interns and production assistants.
- Troubleshoot any production issues and propose solutions to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members and stakeholders.
- Represent the company and its brand in a professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Film, Video Production, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Video Production Coordination Or Project Management.
Proficient In Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro Or Final Cut Pro.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
Knowledge Of Video Production Equipment And Techniques, Including Camera Operation, Lighting, And Audio Recording.
