We are looking for an exceptional Business Account Executive (Bi-Lingual Korean Speaking) to join our team at Comcast! As part of the Business Services team, this individual will be responsible for managing and growing our client base by providing exceptional customer service and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and have a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you!The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably with a background in the telecommunications industry. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, in both English and Korean. The successful candidate should have an enthusiastic, proactive, and professional approach to their work and be able to successfully prioritize their daily tasks. Additionally, it is essential to have strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and take initiative. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
