Finance Manager, Pricing

Partners with leadership to support business planning and processing, as well as reviews and approves most visible mid-market product deals (e.g. ethernet, ethernet networks, strategic products) for Central Division, the largest revenue generating Division of Comcast, throughout the year to ensure offers are financially sound. Makes many strategy and business decisions from the beginning that directly impact business. Develops financial and operational objectives, reports as well as communicates findings, risks, also improves processes to influence revenue. Trains, supervises, and develops Finance staff of 1 Manager and 5 Analysts (3 Analysts reporting directly to Sr. Manager, 2 Analysts reporting to Manager) by leading the daily activities of the Finance team as well as making suggestions to leadership for work performance improvement. Works with sales and marketing leaders to determine promotional offer strategy.
