Job Description

Supports the development and implementation of BU talent management strategies focused on leadership development, skill development, retention, engagement, and talent planning. Partners with Corporate Talent Management to identify, select, and track employees for attendance for both internal and external leadership development programs. Manages the Product and Technology “Summer” or “Fall” of Code Programs to support skill development by participating in a gig project/role. Manages core talent processes associated with hiring, promoting, developing, and retaining members of our Distinguished Engineer/Fellow roles. Supports management of Critical Talent Management and Talent Segmentation strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of consulting or talent management experience within a professional services environment.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM)

  • Experience in identification, assessment and deployment of human resources information and technology systems

  • Proven track record of working with HR and business leaders to develop and deploy enterprise wide strategies, programs, and processes
