Job Description

In this role, you will lead a team of talented designers and researchers, working to enhance the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.   1. Lead a team of designers and researchers to conduct user experience research and service design activities, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement research strategies and methodologies to gather insights and feedback from customers, using a variety of techniques such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize research objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  4. Analyze and interpret research findings to identify user needs and pain points, and provide actionable recommendations for improving the user experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and service design, and incorporate them into project strategies and processes.
  6. Manage and allocate resources, including budget and team members, to ensure timely and successful completion of research projects.
  7. Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to influence decision-making and drive customer-centric design.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the UX research and service design team, encouraging continuous learning and growth.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support research activities and ensure access to the latest tools and technologies.
  10. Continuously monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics, and use insights to drive improvements in the user experience across all touchpoints.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ux Research And Service Design, With A Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Ux Researchers And Designers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Conducting And Delivering Actionable Insights From User Research Studies.

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively Across Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
