We’re looking for a Retail Service Associate with strong customer service skills and a passion for problem solving to join our team at Comcast. If you're friendly, reliable, and comfortable working with customers, we want to hear from you! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, assess their needs, and provide the highest level of service.The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of two years of customer service experience, and a positive attitude. Working knowledge of computers and basic software programs is preferred. You should also be able to effectively communicate with customers and remain organized while completing multiple tasks.
