Senior Analyst, Enterprise Procurement

- Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to drive cost savings for the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support business objectives.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for procurement processes.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for cost savings.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value for the organization.
- Evaluate and select potential vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products/services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on procurement initiatives and cost savings achievements.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in procurement strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to track and report on cost savings and procurement performance.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall goals of the organization.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously look for opportunities to innovate and improve procurement processes and strategies to drive business results.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Contract Management, And Vendor Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
