Job Description

At Comcast, our Senior Business Account Executives play a critical role in the success of our business. We are looking for a motivated, high-energy professional who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to this role.The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter with a proven track record of success in business account management. This individual should have a strong business acumen and excellent customer-service skills in order to effectively foster relationships with current and potential customers. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations.The Senior Business Account Executive will be responsible for strategically growing Comcast’s business customer base, as well as managing current customer accounts. They will develop and maintain relationships with external customers and internal cross-functional teams in order to ensure a positive customer experience. This individual will also be responsible for identifying and understanding customers’ needs and delivering creative solutions that meet or exceed those expectations.The successful applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 5 years of proven business account management experience. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills and have the ability to think strategically and creatively. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is driven by results.
