10. Lead internal communication campaigns and initiatives to drive employee engagement and participation in company events and programs.
11. Oversee the development and execution of internal events, such as town halls, team meetings, and employee recognition programs.
12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with employees at all levels.
13. Manage the internal communication budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
14. Regularly report on the success of internal communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
