  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive international health benefits strategy for Comcast employees and their families.
  2. Oversee the management and administration of all international health benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and other wellness initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of international health benefits with overall company objectives and values.
  4. Stay up-to-date on global health care trends and regulations to proactively adjust the benefits strategy as needed.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for all international health benefits inquiries and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  6. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services for our employees.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local health care providers and insurance carriers in international markets to ensure seamless delivery of benefits.
  8. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of international health benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Develop and manage the international health benefits budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial guidelines.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of benefits professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  11. Communicate and educate employees on international health benefits programs, policies, and procedures through various channels, including presentations, newsletters, and training sessions.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to international health benefits, including HIPAA, ERISA, and local regulations.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to support the recruitment and retention of top talent by providing competitive and attractive international health benefits packages.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the overall experience for employees and their families.
  15. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusivity by promoting international health benefits that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In An International Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of International Healthcare Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing International Health Benefit Programs.

  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
