Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Program Manager to join Comerica Bank! This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the execution of complex projects and programs for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes and systems, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve project and program goals.
  2. Monitor and assess progress of projects and programs, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
  3. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of projects and programs.
  4. Develop and maintain project and program documentation, including plans, budgets, and schedules.
  5. Develop and document business processes and systems for project and program management.
  6. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Remain current on industry trends and best practices in project and program management.
  8. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or avoid such risks.
  9. Monitor and analyze project and program performance, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Oversee the development and implementation of training and development programs for project and program management.
