
Manager of CRA Governance & Strategy

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the bank's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
- Oversee and manage all aspects of CRA compliance, including tracking, reporting, and analysis of CRA activities.
- Stay up-to-date on all current and changing CRA regulations and ensure the bank's policies and procedures are in accordance with them.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams within the bank to ensure CRA goals and objectives are being met.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance issues and develop solutions to address them.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to effectively communicate the bank's CRA efforts and initiatives.
- Develop and implement training programs for bank employees to ensure understanding and compliance with CRA regulations.
- Analyze data and reports to identify potential areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Prepare and submit all required CRA reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CRA regulations and provide guidance and support to other departments and teams within the bank.
- Continuously monitor and assess the bank's performance in meeting the credit needs of the communities it serves.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively promote them within the community.
- Represent the bank at community events and meetings to enhance its reputation and build relationships with potential customers.
- Monitor and track community development investments and ensure they align with the bank's CRA objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for achieving the bank's overall CRA goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance Or Risk Management, Preferably In The Banking Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Community Reinvestment Act (Cra) Regulations And Guidelines.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Cra Strategies And Programs To Achieve Compliance And Meet Business Objectives.
