Position provides maintenance such as autopay enrollment, adding/removing cardholders to accounts, building customer profiles in multiple systems, processing deceased requests, address changes, and adding or changing accounts accessed by the cards, responding directly to vendors who offer Direct Check to their employees, Processing CIP, manually building cards on the systems, removing tiered pricing from an account, manually unloading and reloading funds from prepaid products while the customer is at the branch, in addition to turning on or off functionality of multi app credit cards by changing multiple fields in the systems, and many more processes.
