  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth within the MTDC market.
  2. Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including building and maintaining strong rapport with customers at all levels.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's presence in the MTDC market.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of CommScope's products and services, as well as competitors' offerings, to effectively articulate value propositions and differentiate the company's solutions.
  7. Track and report on sales and revenue performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Stay current on industry developments, trends, and best practices, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's brand and offerings.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for CommScope, representing the company with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

  • Proven Track Record In Sales: A Successful Mtdc National Account Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Account Plans, Identifying New Business Opportunities, And Building Strong Relationships With Key Customers.

  • Technical Expertise: The Role Of A Mtdc National Account Manager Requires A Strong Technical Background, With Knowledge Of Data Center Design, Infrastructure, And Networking. The Candidate Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Emerging Technologies Such As Cloud Computing, Virtualization, And Software-Defined Networking.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Primary Point Of Contact For National Accounts, The Mtdc National Account Manager Should Possess Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Negotiate Contracts And Pricing With Customers.

  • Team Player With Strong Leadership Skills: Managing National Accounts Requires Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, And Technical Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Be A Team Player With Strong Leadership Skills, Able To Motivate And Guide The Team Towards Achieving Common Goals And Objectives.
