Job Description

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? If so, Community Health Network is looking for you to join our Outpatient Neuro Specialty team! We are a leading healthcare system in Central Indiana, providing innovative treatments and comprehensive care for our patients.This is an exciting position for an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping people with neurologic conditions. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts in Neurology, Neuroscience, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, who focus on delivering the highest quality patient care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide comprehensive assessments and treatments to patients with neurologic conditions.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, a valid Occupational Therapy license, and at least two years of experience in a neurologic setting. You should also have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and treatments to patients with neurologic conditions
  • Develop treatment plans and goals for patients based on assessment findings
  • Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary team of experts to ensure the highest quality of patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on the latest therapeutic techniques and strategies
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain patient records and document patient progress
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and ethical standards of practice

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Therapy Or Related Field

  • Licensed As An Occupational Therapist In Indiana

  • At Least Years Of Clinical Experience In Outpatient Neuro Specialty

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Multi-Disciplinary Team

  • Experience With Electronic Medical Records

  • Knowledge Of Principles Of Occupational Therapy And The Role In Rehabilitation
