Acts as a support resource for the day to day transactions to allow the Account Manager time and opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand business. Handles incoming calls and assists on calls when needed. Places orders for the AM. Serves customers at the highest level in order to assist in closing any potential sales. Generates leads within an assigned territory or vertical market. Identifies additional contacts within an existing book of business to afford the account manager an opportunity to penetrate accounts. Troubleshoots problems with accounts, stock, credit issues, and shipping issues and open/backlogged orders. Handles all aspects of preparation for orders to be placed.
