
Instrument, Control & Electrical Engineer
Complete ICE and automation work and ensure compliance with company specs and standards and external requirements (regulations and standards) Coordinate with other engineering partners and contractors. Review of design work and monitoring the performance of the design contractor’s ICE teams Participate in process hazard analysis (PHAs) and safeguard evaluations as appropriate including Safety Instrumented Systems. Provide support for, and participation in, the management of change (MOC) process and performing risk assessments, as required, to align with the Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Management System. Participate in the development of operations, maintenance, and start-up control philosophies. Develop technical specifications, single line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, and work with engineers to build cause and effect charts and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
7+ years experience with instrument, control and electrical (ICE) engineering
Experience in project phases – Front End Loading (FEL) and Detailed Engineering
Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) compliance
Knowledge of recognized industry standards including API, ANSI / ISA, ASME, NEC, ISA84, ISA99, etc.
