Intern - HR
The ConocoPhillips’ Human Resources Summer Internship Program includes a challenging job assignment, a company and HR orientation, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars, and opportunities to meet upper management. You will be assigned a supervisor who will provide formal/informal feedback along with coaching and guidance throughout your internship. You will also be assigned a mentor to help support your personal and professional growth. Receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments. Be exposed to other HR functions outside of your immediate work group, including our HR Leadership team.
A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
Previous internships or co-op’s in an energy related field
Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resources Management
