Associate Specialist - Gas Conversion

Conducts planning and scheduling of inspections of customer installations for gas conversions, safety inspections or natural gas detector installations. Ensures that contractors and customers installations and documentation are in compliance with Company specifications and governmental regulations. Conducts planning and scheduling of work authorization to energize gas service, including telephone support for external parties. Provides updates of the status of customer service installations as it relates to conversions or natural gas detectors. Utilizes Company customer systems to update and progress customer cases. Generates reports for performance reporting and other metrics. Provides administrative support to Customer Programs personnel. Completes special projects, as they arise, to support departmental needs.
