Job Description

Oversee all aspects of the operations team support of the department's business strategy and plans to achieve goals including administration, financial, analysis, forecasting, reporting, process improvement, customer and stakeholder engagement. Ensure continuous process improvement through monitoring and evaluating performance. Collaborate with functional teams to develop strategies and tactics to achieve goals. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize benefits to the Company. Manage teams with diverse roles and responsibilities in support of projects and ad hoc initiatives. Monitor, review and strengthen operations workflow processes. Coordinate resources to ensure deliverables are met. Manage vendor relationships. Keep abreast of industry, marketing and sales trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree MBA, Engineering, Economics preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams with diverse responsibilities, and projects complex in scope Required

  • Knowledge or experience in project management tools or certification Preferred

  • Knowledge or experience in CRM systems, such as Salesforce Pref
