
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Partner with department program managers and other Staff to develop the annual and five-year budgets, rolling forecasts, and research monthly variances. Report on financial results versus budgets and forecasts to the department and executives. Manage the month-end financial close and financial analysis and reporting processes. Identify key performance metrics and business drivers for the electric vehicles projects, demonstration projects and other areas as identified. Coordinate with other Company FP&A staff to develop the capital, balance sheet (regulatory asset) and O&M budgets and monitor results against the budget. Develop processes in coordination with Company's accounting group to assure expenses are tracked to the right accounts in a timely manner. Responsible for development of a departmental financial dashboard to capture key performance and financial information. Track and maintain developed financial dashboards providing the ability to report department's key financial details for executive communication, regulatory reporting and compliance tracking purposes.

Master's Degree MBA or Masters of Finance/Accounting preferred
