Assistant Plant Controller

Leads and enforces the Plant’s internal control environment including quarterly representation letter, segregation of duties, mitigating controls, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Preform Monthly Internal Control Meetings and ensure compliance with Control Self Evaluations. Counsels and advises Plant Manager and department personnel on financial and accounting matters. Reviews all statements and reports relating to the financial results and budgeted operation of the plant. Assists Plant Management team in establishing annual budget. Presents financial plan with Plant Manager to Senior Management. Evaluates and approves all capital and customer paid tooling appropriation requests. Reviews annual burden studies to determine standard cost and quote rates for manufactured products. Coordinates cost accounting issues and the annual standard cost revision between division and plant personnel.
