Production Operator

Performs efficient set-ups and production by following work standards, monitoring material usage and managing changeovers. Actively participates in the quality management process by performing dimensional inspections, visual inspections and implementing corrective actions. Documents measurements and production data utilizing the PDQCR system. Participates in continuous improvement activities and provides feedback to ensure processes are effective and efficient. Prepares finished goods for shipment by labeling and packaging according to written specifications. Identifies, labels and retains non-conforming material and/or product as required. Provides and acquires cross-training of production processes and procedures. Conducts daily activities safely by using proper PPE and following all operational work rules.
