Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Manage customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner.
  3. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to document customer interactions.
  4. Build rapport with customers and develop solutions to their inquiries.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
  8. Remain abreast of product updates and changes in order to provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Identify areas of improvement in customer service procedures and suggest solutions.
  10. Ensure customer data is protected and secure.
