- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential internal threats.
- Monitor and analyze employee behaviors and activities to detect any suspicious or risky behavior.
- Investigate and gather evidence to support potential insider threat incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and IT, to mitigate risks and resolve incidents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify potential risks and implement proactive measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in insider risk management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent and mitigate insider threats.
- Provide regular reports and updates on insider risk incidents and mitigation efforts.
- Train employees on insider threat awareness and prevention.
- Conduct exit interviews and offboarding procedures to ensure sensitive information and assets are protected.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for insider risk management within the company.
- Identify and recommend improvements to current risk management processes.
- Utilize data analytics and other tools to identify patterns and trends in insider threats.
- Stay compliant with all relevant laws and regulations related to insider risk management.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Investigations Or Risk Assessment.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Corporate Security And Data Protection.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
