Responsibilities: • Operate CNC and manual machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. • Read blueprints and interpret specifications to determine the right tooling and equipment needed for the project. • Set up and operate machine tools in accordance with established procedures. • Monitor the machining process to ensure accuracy and quality of the parts produced. • Make necessary adjustments to the machine tools as needed. • Perform periodic maintenance and troubleshooting of the machinery. • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times. • Collaborate with other machinists and team members to ensure a timely delivery of parts. • Bring innovative ideas to the table to improve the machining process. • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
