- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Kansas and Missouri region.

- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product recommendations and best practices for crop protection.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.

Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Agriculture Is Essential For A Crop Protection Territory Manager As It Provides A Solid Foundation In Crop Production Practices And Understanding Of The Industry.
Previous Sales Experience In Agriculture: Candidates Must Have A Proven Track Record In Sales, Preferably In The Agriculture Industry. This Includes Experience In Developing And Maintaining Customer Relationships, As Well As Achieving Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of Crop Protection Products: A Thorough Understanding Of Crop Protection Products, Including Herbicides, Fungicides, And Insecticides, Is Crucial For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Labels, Application Methods, And Safety Protocols.
