- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share of Corteva products in Southeast Minnesota.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers in the region through regular communication and on-site visits.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting for potential customers and expanding product offerings to current customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to growers to promote the benefits and features of Corteva seed products.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, research and development, and customer service to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify potential challenges or opportunities.
- Manage and track sales data, including customer interactions, product performance, and market trends, to analyze performance and make informed business decisions.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote Corteva products.
- Provide training and support to distributor sales representatives to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to effectively sell Corteva products.
- Represent Corteva in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and brand image.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture, Business Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Agricultural Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Seed Products And Crop Production Practices In Southern And Eastern Minnesota.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Growers And Other Stakeholders.
