  1. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other recruitment sources to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  4. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to identify the best fit for the organization.
  5. Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as networking, social media, and job fairs, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
  7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  9. Manage and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  10. Assist in creating and implementing onboarding processes for new hires.
  11. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement retention strategies for newly hired employees.
  12. Stay updated on the organization's culture, values, and goals to effectively communicate them to potential candidates.
  13. Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.
  14. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate progress.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Large Organization Or In An Agency Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Talent Acquisition Strategies And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Techniques

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates

  • Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools, As Well As Experience Using Data And Metrics To Drive Recruitment Strategies And Decisions.
