Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cash Office Manager to join the COS team. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Cash Office Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the Cash Office, handling secure transactions, managing stock and cash levels, and providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and customer service skills, strong numerical and analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. They will have experience in a cash handling and customer service role, as well as a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.If you’re looking to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a real difference, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all cash handling operations in the store, ensuring that all transactions are secure and accurate.
  2. Manage cash and stock levels to ensure sufficient funds and merchandise are available.
  3. Ensure efficient running of the cash office, including regular training and supervision of staff.
  4. Monitor customer service levels and offer solutions to any issues.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  6. Monitor and review cash office procedures to ensure compliance with company policy.
  7. Liaise with other departments to ensure cash office operations run smoothly.
  8. Ensure customer queries and complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase sales.
  10. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on cash office operations and customer feedback.
