Job Description

This role will be expected to partner with members of both technical and business backgrounds to innovate and improve SEO strategies focused on technology and content driven initiatives that will thereby enhance search-ability and drive not only SEO, but organic traffic and business growth. Drives search optimization and strategies from a corporate viewpoint into all international markets. Oversees and educates on activities supporting corporate standards in all international markets. Shares and educates on methods to audit/edit content to prevent duplication, produce engaging content, etc. Performs A/B testing with the development, UX and UI teams. Develops/maintains the appropriate dashboards using recognized KPIs that help to direct actions and agreed to strategies that improve visibility, traffic, and conversion from all channels.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with planning and executing projects including change control and issue/risk management.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience building tactical plans

  • Hands-on experience with SEO & Analytics tools such as BrightEdge, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Adobe Analytics

  • 24 x 7 x 365 operations - evening, weekend, and holiday work will be required.

  • QA experience working within an iterative development framework.
