- Assist Cashiers in processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to members at all times.
- Greet and welcome members as they enter the store.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with members.
- Help members locate products and answer any questions they may have.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Scan and bag items for members as needed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions in a secure and professional manner.
- Keep track of and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and pricing information in the computer system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Cashier Supervisor.
