- Develop and manage logistics budgets and report on key performance indicators.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting delivery deadlines and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on advancements in logistics technology and implement new systems to improve operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with the logistics team to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Wholesale Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Large Team.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities.
Extensive Knowledge Of Logistics Operations, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution.
