- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of supply chain and logistics, including transportation, distribution, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our warehouses.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Develop and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to logistics operations.
- Communicate with senior management on logistics performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Teams And Driving Operational Efficiency.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
