- Manage budget and expenses related to logistics operations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the logistics process.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs for logistics team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Represent Costco Wholesale in meetings and negotiations with transportation and distribution partners.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics operations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the logistics team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.
Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations And Inventory Management Systems.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
