- Identify and troubleshoot any potential issues in the logistics process and provide timely solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to logistics and ensure compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and review logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with warehouse and store managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the logistics team to achieve departmental goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Operations Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Wholesale Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, And Transportation Logistics.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Warehouse And Logistics Staff.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Efficiency And Cost Reduction.
