- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and transportation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Manage a team of logistics and warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and carriers to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the warehouse and during transportation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations and performance to senior management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, And Transportation Logistics.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management.
