- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations and meet company goals.
- Plan and manage logistics budgets, including forecasting and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and inventory management, to coordinate and optimize supply chain activities.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to streamline logistics processes and improve operations.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on logistics operations and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Operations, Preferably In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Best Practices, Including Inventory Management And Distribution Processes.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Logistical Challenges.
