- Develop and implement strategic plans for the logistics operations department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting company goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, distribution, and transportation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments and implement best practices to improve operations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Continuously strive for customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain reports on logistics operations performance and present them to senior management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all logistics staff, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Operations Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Environment.
Strong Leadership And People Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Logistics Professionals.
Knowledge Of Warehouse And Transportation Operations, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Transportation Planning.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
