Ecommerce Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a talented and driven Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team at Costco Wholesale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and analytics, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to quickly develop creative solutions to business challenges.The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field and at least three years of experience as a business analyst in an ecommerce environment. Experience with digital analytics platforms and/or web analytics is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze data to detect trends and develop insights to inform business decisions and strategies for ecommerce initiatives.
2. Utilize digital analytics platforms to monitor customer behavior and generate data-driven reports.
3. Develop and implement solutions to improve ecommerce performance.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in the ecommerce business model.
5. Research competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
6. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate analytical findings and business recommendations.
7. Monitor the performance of ecommerce initiatives to ensure goals are being met.
8. Assist with the design and implementation of new ecommerce projects.
9. Develop testing strategies to identify areas of improvement and optimize the customer experience.
10. Provide support and guidance to team members when needed.
