- Take and prepare food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized food court area, including wiping down tables and equipment, restocking supplies, and disposing of trash.
- Ensure that food is prepared and served according to Costco's quality and safety standards.
- Follow all food safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Keep track of inventory and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Continuously maintain knowledge of all food items and promotions offered in the food court.
- Up-sell and promote new food items and specials to customers.
- Follow cash handling procedures and accurately handle transactions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement in customer service and operations.
Experience In The Food Service Industry: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Food Service Environment, Preferably In A High-Volume Setting.
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation: Costco Wholesale Values The Health And Safety Of Its Customers, So Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety Regulations And Proper Sanitation Practices.
