  1. Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with inventory control and operations teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory levels.
  3. Utilize inventory management software and Excel to track and analyze inventory data.
  4. Develop and implement solutions to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation of audit findings and resolutions.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and recommendations on inventory management.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of company inventory policies and procedures.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze inventory processes to identify potential areas for improvement.
  9. Train and mentor new team members on inventory auditing procedures and best practices.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inventory management.
  11. Adhere to all company safety and security protocols while conducting audits.
  12. Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliations as needed.
  13. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to inventory management.
  14. Participate in team meetings and provide input on inventory-related matters.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
