As an Inventory Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. - Conduct regular audits of inventory levels to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain and update inventory records and databases.
- Collaborate with other team members to reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Perform physical inventory counts and assist in inventory cycle counting processes.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate inventory status and concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain inventory management procedures and protocols.
- Train and educate other team members on proper inventory management practices.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts.
- Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling inventory.
- Identify and report any inventory-related issues or concerns to management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met and maintained.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Inventory Auditing Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Principles And Procedures.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Attention To Detail.
